1) how do I cancel an order? - the buyer selected UK as a shipping destination in the ejunkie selector, but then inputted a US address in the shipping destination meaning quite a large shortfall in amount of shipping due.

2)(2 parts to this) Having cancelled the order, how do I cancel it in e-junkie so as to cancel the affiliate commission for this order? - I know I could quite simply cancel the order in paypal, but how does this effect the e-junkie transaction log which shows that the money is due to the affiliate for this sale, and will the affiliate be advised of this cancellation?]]> E-junkie Discussions; Roo
