Once you replace your code with our standard button code, if you are still encountering that error, please reply to mention which browser on which platform you are using. You might also want to look for a text/character encoding setting in your browser's menus (typically the View menu), and make sure you don't have something strange selected in there; Automatic, Unicode UTF-8, ISO 8859-1 or Windows-1252 should all work fine.

Well actually the iframe is for a lightbox, so the shopping cart opens on the page without referring to another page. I have seen this working already on another site (press75.com) and it seems to run without problems.

I have removed the code for the size of the iframe and left it like https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&i=605354&cl=103120&ejc=2?iframe . But this doesn't seems to change anything regarding the initial issue. This is why I was thinking is an issue somewhere on the product settings on my admin, but I have edited it and uploaded my final product, but still nothing.

Can you please try again and let me know if it's still leading you to another page? i have triple checked and it should be OK.

Thanks again for all your kind support, I'll be upgrading my plan soon, I really like e-Junkie's system :)

Best regards,
Federico

The "?iframe=true&width=650&height=350" part of that is not part of our standard button URL and may have caused problems. You should use the standard button code we issue from your Seller Admin, and if you want to replace the visible button image with a custom button, this page explains how to modify our code accordingly:

Since it appears you're using WordPress, I'll also refer you to some tips we have for that on this help page:

Is a bit weird, I probably will need to remove that test product and test with real product.

Thanks for your kind assistance.

I have made the changes and it works perfectly BUT (sorry) I get a message when I want to make a payment (after the login) and it says:

"You have entered unsupported characters for this field. Current available language character types are: European, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Thai. Please try again."

And it displays just below the Review your Payment heading.

Any idea of what can this be? All my settings are in English, so I don't get it.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Federico.

First, make sure your E-junkie Seller Admin > Edit Profile > PayPal Email setting matches the email address you use to log into the PayPal account where you will receive payment. If that is correct, then make sure you have met our PayPal integration requirements:

I have subscribed the past week for a free trial and today I decided to switch for the paid subscription. I have added a product on my website and the code seems to work properly but the payments won't go through (and to) my PayPal account.

Since sandbox is not support I tested one of my products for 5$ USD and then for $1 with real money to see if it was working properly, but after the 50 seconds of processing nothing happens, it only says that my order is processing. Then I check my PayPal account and the payment says Unclaimed, but I never got a message on my other PayPal email that I had an order. I paid via my PayPal account with credit card funds but after few hours I canceled the payment because nothing was happening.

Another issue that occurred after few attempts is that when I get asked to login to PayPal I get a message saying that I have typed wrong characters and that some languages are not support (chinese, etc) but my account is in English.

Is it maybe because my products are under $12 that the issue is occurring?

you can click on the huge BUY NOW FOR $5USD on my homeage at wordpressmadness.com (without buying ofc ;) to see the issues I face.

Any help from the community would be highly appreciated, since I am starting to use e-junkie.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Federico
