If you really do need 12.875% tax, have you tried putting that in the Advanced Tax Settings field for your state/province? (e.g., QC,12.875)

Where I live we have two taxes, 5% and 7.5% over it... At the moment we can't charge 2 taxes... So I need to charge 12.875% (the same result at the end)

But we are limited to 4 digits, I guess it could be easy to allow 5 digits in the TAX field.

It would help me a lot in my acocunting and everything...
