We have no way to add VAT to affiliate commission totals in the masspay file, so you would need to edit the file manually before uploading it to PayPal. It's a comma-delimited text file, so you can edit it in any plaintext editor such as Notepad, or even use a spreadsheet program like Excel; just make sure that you save the edited file as a plaintext, comma-delimited (or CSV for comma-separated values) file.]]>

I assume that VAT should be added onto all payments to affiliates if the recipient is:
* A member of the UK
* A business anywhere in the EU

I have checked but can't find anyway to find out the name and full address of my affiliates - and I also can't find anyway to automatically add VAT onto the commissions generated by the mass-pay file.

How can I comply with VAT regulations if I can't see my affiliates addresses?]]>
