With some additional custom scripting at your end, you could probably have the menu and just one Add to Cart button that would add both the main product and the selected State's bonus product to the cart using an adaptation of our multiAdd hack, discussed here:

If you need a developer to program the menu part of that for you and make it work with the multiAdd, Andrew with www.EasyE-junkie.com would probably be capable of figuring it out.]]>

I'll be hosting the main ebook on my server due to the size of the download.

I doubt if you have something that will automatically attach the proper state pub the main, based on the purchaser's address. But is there a way I can offer the buyer a choice of which state ebook to add to his order at no charge, perhaps a dropdown box. It would have 50 choices.
