If you have followed the steps, then this can happen if the order is in in "reviewing state" in your Google Checkout account. This can happen for initial few orders. The "thank you" page that buyer reaches after the purchase immediately will be generic as the order's
not processed at that time.

In this case, order processing will be delayed as have to wait for Google Checkout to tell us that the order is chargeable. Buyer will be sent the "thank you" email once the order is processed.]]>
