You could have two separate products -- one for the membership and one for the gift coupon code -- then use our multiAdd button hack to create a single Add to Cart button that would actually add both items (and set the gift code item with qty=4) in the buyer's cart. You must be using our standard View Cart code in your page for this to work. Once you have the products created, your multiAdd to Cart button code would look like this:

...where XXXXXX is the membership product's Item Number, and YYYYYY is the gift coupon product's Item Number. You'd want to set up the gift product to use Send Stored Codes (or possibly Send Generated Codes if you have a code-generator script), and disable "Let Buyer Edit Quantity" so the buyer can't alter the qty=4 this sets in their cart. Is there a way to sell a non-tangible item for $99 and have 4 other items automatically added to purchasers cart? These four items would actually be 4 different FREE gift certificates.
So the visitor is purchasing a membership to client's site and as a benefit of their membership they receive, for no-cost, 4 - $19 gift card codes to use one time each in client's store. The codes have to be able to be used by others, not just purchaser so that they may "gift" them to someone else if they choose. Still only one-time use.

This is the only thing keeping my client from going with e-junkie as you have everything else she needs.
