1) I set up the COMMON AFFILATE program
2) I deleted everything from the PRODUCT SPECIFIC
3) I used the code above with my own affiliate number (I signed up asn affiliate so that I could test it and put an add on blogger). The banner looks great. When I click through the banner, I get this message:

Merchant, Product, Affilite relation, Affiliate percentage or the Hop link has been removed. Please contact the merchant

What am I missing?

This help page for affiliates explains how our system works from their perspective; you may want to provide a link to this page on your site's affiliate info/recruitment page:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.for-affiliates.htm

If the standard hop link code the affiliate obtains from their Affiliate Admin looks like this:

Click here to visit Channel Midnight

...where XXXXXX would be the affiliate's own E-junkie account ID, then replacing the standard text link with a banner image would look like this:

New to e-junkie so please forgive me if I am asking questions that seem rudimentary but I can't see to find the correct information through the forums or in the HELP sections dealing with the Affiliates. I've worked with affiliate programs before and even decided to use e-junkie because there was an affiliate program attached but I am having the darndest time getting this correct.

I am currently selling one DVD product with plans to sell more.
I don't care if I use the COMMON AFFILIATE program or the PRODUCT SPECIFIC one but I do want to use banner ads that I will host on my site.

I have set up an AFFILIATE page on my website but the code is not working when I tested it out.

A simple step by step tutorial on taking the code provided and editing that to your banner ads would be SO helpful. We understand HTML code, this one is just hurting our heads. Can anyone help?

Thank you!
