It sounds like Google is not processing your payment automatically, they may be holding the transactions for you to manually approve or complete.

That would explain why download links aren't being delivered immediately, because our system won't generate one until we get confirmation from Google that the payment is done.

If you are selling digital products, you should be able to set your Google Checkout account to accept those payments automatically without forcing you to log in and approve each one. You'll have to check with Google's support docs to find out exactly how to do that on their end.]]>

Without any apparent warning, this yellow box is now not appearing, and the Google 'Thank you' page now just says to 'check the Google checkout order receipt for further instructions'. The receipt does have the download link, but it's not nearly as seamless a process as before.

Any suggestions why this should be, and why the process should have changed apparently by itself? I've trawled through the Google help section, and my head's spinning as a result. Could it be anything to do with optimistic and pessimistic payment processing by Google?
