Our system will apply Shipping Rules to each order based on whether it meets the conditions you define for each Rule. E.g., if you create a Rule with thresholds for Min. and Max. Item Total (pre-shipping, pre-tax order total), then that Rule would only be applied to orders within those thresholds. If I create a new rule for each purchase category, do I need to delete the old rule first?
