I just signed up for a 90 day trial period and assume everything with that is FULLY operational?

How LONG does it take for a product to show up as being a product for affiliates?

How LONG does it take for a product to show up as being a product for SALE?

I added my first product, an eBook, for resale. I then searched for it in the various categories and it is NOT coming up.

Please advise.
