Since we don't offer support for FatFreeCart, we on the E-junkie support team aren't actually that familiar with how it works or how it differs from the E-junkie cart, so in this case we can only suggest experimenting with different approaches to see if you can get GC shipping charges to apply to FFC orders.

Fat Free Cart offers a flat rate shipping option, but I'm trying to use Google Checkout's shipping methods in order to have several options. Is this possible to do, or does Fat Free Cart fall under this stipulation - "These shipping settings will only be applied to cart posts that do not already specify shipping methods."?


Follow up question if this isn't possible:

I tried this, "You could set the first-item and add'l-item charges the same for all products, and then use the Handling charge to effectively "boost" the shipping amount added for the first item regardless of product, since Handling only gets added to the cart's shipping fee once per order," but it seems to be adding the handling charge for each additional different item.
