However, if I send the file using yousendit.com they have no problems using the link, meaning they access a webpage and download the file using their same software but not with an e-junkie link.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

This is becoming a really big problem for me. I have added the 'copy paste' instructions to the email but as you can imagine people don't read and further some don't know how to copy and paste.]]>
