That said, I have downloaded the file and tried to open it with two different expander utilities, but it doesn't seem to open. I get a window up like it's opening it for a fraction of a second, then it disappears. I've tried searching for the unzipped file on my computer but it's not there.

Any idea what's going on there?]]>

I'd figured this out already, but is there a way to export it?]]>

I'm about to launch a new product and want to send everyone who bought my last product an email offering them a chance to buy the new product at a discounted rate.

Is there a simple way of exporting all my customers' email addresses without copying each one manually and adding to my own address book?

Thanks!]]>
