Unfortunately PDF stamping and updates are not compatible with each other. The actual truth is that a buyer who has purchased a stamped file will always get that original stamped file from their download link regardless of any new versions of that file you may have uploaded since then.

If you do need to update your buyers you can use our Newsletter/Update service to send each buyer on your list an email with a fresh download link, but to do that you will have to at least temporarily disable PDF stamping. That means the updated files will not be stamped at all.

You could instead create discount codes for previous buyers to make a new purchase of that updated file with a 100% discount... that would get them a stamped copy but your ability to do this would be limited by the amount of free checkouts your account can process daily, which will probably be about 100 per day depending on your subscription.]]>
