Regardless of which hop link the buyer follows or what landing page they arrive at, the referring affiliate will earn the product-specific % for items that have one and your common % for all other products the referred buyer purchases from you.

Regarding the sales which you believe were affiliate-referred but don't appear to have any affiliation shown in your E-junkie Transaction Log, you might want to look at your affiliate's site to make sure their link is correct. Affiliates must obtain their own, unique hop link code from their own E-junkie Affiliate Admin; the referral will not work if they simply link directly to your site.

You may want to click your own sign-up link to join your own program and see what your affiliates are seeing in Affiliate Admin. You can use the Sellers and Affiliates tabs at the top of our site to pick which Admin you want to see at any moment while logged into your account. This help page explains our affiliate system from an affiliate's perspective:

I need some clarification on the correct way to admin affiliates.

I have a general program @ 25% which I sert on COMMON AFFILIATE PROGRAM SETTINGS.

I've been getting some sales that I believe are from an affiliate (makes sense with the timeline and some other factors), but they don't show up as affiliates. Some products I have are 25% and some are 50%.

For the 25% ones, I have the product specific settings at:
- edit product
- edit affilaite settings
- affiliate share = 0% (I read the documentation to say that if this was 0% than it would use the common settings)
- Affiliate links to to website (recommended) is unchecked

For the 50% ones (overriding the common program), I have the product specific settings at:
- 50% affiliate share
- DID check the affiliate box (not sure why I did actually)

Can you confirm this is set correctly?

Thanks -- Ryan]]>
