As I have just discovered, the "bad link" was indeed my mail-server. Even though I have "@e-junkie.com" on the whitelist, it's blocking everything from E-junkie :(

I found this is out when I changed the email under "Edit Profile".

So, I guess everything is ok now. I will nonetheless keep testing and I'll check out the link you provided.

Thanks a lot!]]>

I've extended your trial period to the end of this month to give you time to test and sort this out. Let us know if your sale notifications and your copy of the buyer's thank-you emails still aren't showing up. This help page gives some tips for testing your setup, placing test orders, etc.:

i just saw under "account summary" that my trial has expired at April 3, 2011.
apparently, my trial already started when i signed up for the forum.
i thought, i only had started later when i set up my test-products.

could this be the reason for me not receiving sales notifications?

if so i will gladly start a payed subscription!]]>

I just enable the "Receive a copy of email sent to the buyer" option under "Edit Account Preferences" which worked totally fine (I got a copy of the purchase email).

That kind of proves that my main email address is setup correctly and it is not blocking any emails from ejunkie.]]>

The test-products I set up both are priced "0.00", so I guess that doesn't have to do with Paypal at all.

The purchase emails sent to the buyer work perfectly, by the way.

It's just the sales notifications for the seller, that don't make it through.

Any other idea?

If no, is there a way to reset my account? I got the feeling that it's a bit "buggy" anyway, because I twice had the problem that my password wasn't accepted, so that I had to generate a new one.]]>

I'm still on a test account, but so far I can't figure out why I am not getting any sales notifications.

- I have the "Receive E-Junkie sales notifications" checkbox checked.
- I don't have any "Common Notification URL" defined.
- My email address is correct.
- I even have the "@e-junkie.com" domain on my mail whitelist.

Do I receive these sales notifications at once or later? Maybe I just have to wait...?

At some point during my tests I had the "Send transaction data to a URL" feature for my two test products enabled and then defined a "Payment Variable Information URL", but I disabled that later. Maybe that's the cause of the problem?

Please help,
thanks]]>
