We did not develop the WP E-junkie plugin, so that's out of our hands to do anything about directly, other than notifying the independent developer who built and maintains it.]]>

I would recommend recoding parts of your site into normal html.
People who are using your services commonly use browsers or tools to remember the hundreds of passwords they have for the sites and installations they are managing.
This site is the only that I have come across that does not accept any auto-fill.
Not funny.

Regarding the topic of this thread:
It might also help just sitting with someone who does not know your site and watch how they handle it - where they expect things to be.
Too often we design sites that do not fulfill expectations of people...

Thanks!]]>

Wanted to let you know I had the same exact problem. Luckily I Googled it, found this post and was able to resolve it. I mistakenly thought the Ejunkie ID requested in the General Settings of the WP plugin was the email address I use to log into my Ejunkie account (it doesn't say ID number, just ID). I had no clue that there was an actual ID number assigned by Ejunkie.

I see that it is mentioned here: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/resources.htm, but by the time I had uploaded the mp3 file, installed the plugin etc. I forgot I ever saw that.

Since the time we need to know where to find our Ejunkie ID number is when we're setting up the plugin in Wordpress, perhaps the best solution would be to ask the plugin developer to add a note below the Ejunkie ID field stating it can be found in our Ejunkie account in Seller Admin > View Account Summary. Also asking him to name the field Ejunkie ID Number would help clarify that it's a number, not a user ID.

I'd hate for people to give up because of something that can be so easily clarified!

Hope that helps :)]]>

I am working my way through your service, my mistake was that I could not figure out what my ID was (no hint for this in "my profile").

If you are interested, I will suggest some improvements.
Let me know.

You probably just experienced a temporary connectivity glitch that prevented your ISP from being able to contact E-junkie's application servers which operate our cart service. When you click a cart button in your page, the cart overlay would appear with the "loading" spinner while your browser attempts to contact our server to communicate with our cart software. If your browser can't connect to our servers, it just keeps showing the loading spinner.

That may happen if there was some sort of network routing glitch anywhere along the path across the Internet between your ISP and our Tucson datacenter. There really isn't much you can do in that case, just wait for your ISP or their upstream networking providers to clear up the glitch. Fortunately, it would only affect people using your ISP and possibly other ISPs that happen to use the same backbone provider if that's where the problem was happening.]]>

Anybody knows the error?
