The only compatibility setting that matters is if you use a password to lock the file; in that case, the security compatibility should be set to "Acrobat 5.x or higher". However, we don't recommend adding any password to Stamped PDFs anyway, since we always apply a random Master password to every Stamped PDF anyway, which prevents any modification or extraction of the content, and any "read only" User password you'd add would need to be provided to buyers anyway (which is like locking something with a padlock and then leaving the key in the lock).]]>

So, before I do this with my new ones, I'd like to test to see that I am saving it correctly in the pdf maker (adobe acrobat) I have and that it is correctly printing out the stamp. Should I just set a 'dummy' product for 1 cent, and list it with ejunkie and buy it myself, to see how it comes out? Is that the best TEST procedure? Thanks]]>
