That said, if putting all 10 codes per line will not work for you, in that case you may be able to devise a custom solution using our Send Generated Codes feature:

For that, you'd maintain your master list of codes at your end and have a custom script on your server that would output the codes when we contact it. We take whatever raw text output your script outputs and forward that to the buyer as-is, so you can have your script format that output however you wish (e.g. as 10 lines with one code per line).

For each eBay item, I would like to send 10 stored codes. I set my PayPal IPN to use https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/ipn_ext.php. With the eBay quantity as 1 this will only send 1 code, but I want to send 10.

What do I need to update to have eBay/PayPal tell E-junkie to send 10 codes rather than 1?

I have tried putting more than 1 code on a each line but the formatting of the codes becomes quite jumbled and difficult to understand when it reaches the buyer's email.
