Bear in mind that although the log downloads as a (zipped) text file, it really isn't intended to be viewed as raw plaintext. Rather, it's a tab-delimited plaintext data file suitable to be viewed/imported in a spreadsheet program like Excel or Gnumeric (the latter is free and what I use), or possibly imported to a database. This format only uses a single tab character as a delimiter between each field on a given line, which usually won't line up visually very well when viewed as raw plaintext.

If this doesn't seem to answer your concern, feel free to email a sample file you downloaded from Seller Admin that has the problem you're describing, and reference some particular Transaction IDs we should examine where the problem is apparent:
