Is it possible to customise the checkout page?

I'm a bit concerned that the style doesnt have an Australian feel to it... teh whole zip/province thing, the font, the fact it says 'charge my card $xxx AUD' - etc, makes the cart feel like it's an offshore type thing and possibly dodgy.
