If you're seeing the order in your E-junkie Transaction Log, that means we did process the sale and issued whatever links and thank-you emails you have set up for the item(s) purchased, so if you're seeing the sale there with no download attempts logged for it, most likely that buyer's thank-you email(s) wound up in their spam filter. Ask them to check in there and mark the message as Not Spam if they find it.

If the sale does not appear in your Transaction Log at all, that means we never received a confirmation of completed payment (IPN) from PayPal. Very rarely they may drop an IPN due to some glitch at their end, but you may wish to consider the troubleshooting tips provided here:
