It sounds like your PayPal account is not notifying us of completed payments. Luckily that is an easy problem to fix, we have a troubleshooting page here that contains all of the necessary steps to investigate and correct the problem:

The system for sending emails with the download link for our purchased products does not work anymore. No emails are being send by e-junkie, although the PayPal confirmation emails are flowing in. So, basically, people that have paid for our electronic products dont receive the Download Links for them.

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP, as it is costing us important sales.]]>
