Note that All Cart Items discounts can take a flat amount or percentage off the buyer's order total, but product-specific discounts only markddown the product's original per-unit price by a flat amount.

Is the price of this product constant or does it change based on variants or buyer preference? If the product price is always the same all you need to do is enter the equivalent flat amount for your percentage.
