You can customize that common email template, or delete it to disable the message, in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences. This help page explains more about thank-you emails and how to customize or disable them:

Product-specific Redirection is normally used to sell access to premium content hosted at a secret URL, such as a pay-per-view video or members-only area. Redirection products normally send a thank-you email including a link to reach the Redirection URL or customized thank-you page for that product, unless you Enable Templated Email to override this default message for the product. This help page explains more about Redirection:

If you enable Redirection in a product's settings and also customize your E-junkie-generated thank-you page, the buyer would not be redirected automatically. They would first see your customized thank-you page, which would include a link that says "Click here to access [item name]" to reach the Redirection URL (rather than "Click here to download [item name]" for a download product). This help page explains more about thank-you page customization:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.custom.thankyou-page.htm

If you are providing teleclass details in the product's thank-you email and/or thank-you page customization, there's no need to duplicate that by redirecting to a page on your site with the same information, so we would recommend disabling the product's Redirection in this scenario.]]>

I've gotten word that some folks who purchase also receive a download link in their email thank you messages. I have UNCHECKED the file download option when setting up the button, placed custom text in the thank you message, and specified only a URL Redirect.

The download links appear above the custom thank you message for the product, and when folks click the download link (which should not be there in the first place), they are automatically told it is expired, causing more confusion (even thought the information is below the download link they pressed). I know that some of this is user-error, but WHY would a download link even appear in the thank you email, when I didn't even specify a file to download?]]>
