I was going to look in your E-junkie Transaction Log to see whether we were actually receiving payment confirmations and processing your orders in a timely fashion, but it appears you posted here from an account other than the one you may be using to sell with E-junkie. When you reply to explain this to concerned buyers, first suggest they check in their Spam folder and mark the message as Not Spam if they find it there. If not, you can go to your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log, right-click on the affected buyer's Transaction ID and select "Copy Link Location/Address/Target/Shortcut" (the exact wording varies by browser), then paste that link into your reply to the buyer, thus providing them with a link to their thank-you/download page. There's a chance your personal reply may also be affected by the delivery delays at Yahoo!'s end, but it also could be one of those that gets through immediately, so it's at least worth a shot.]]> E-junkie Service Status and Updates; E-junkieGuru
