We tried to implement the 100% discount, but it seems it applies only to the item price itself; that is shipping charges are still being charged.

When we tried to set it to apply to shipping & handling, it applied only to s&h. Free orders are processed through our free checkout option which appears in the cart when the price is zero. Please note that this checkout method is limited, as opposed to paid transactions which have no limits:

Our discount feature can't quite do a Buy 1 Get 1 Free option, but it could be used to add in a 50% discount per item after more than one are ordered. Want to use a discount code to grab the information for mailing out wholesale orders (which pay later and won't use a credit card anyways) PLUS keep a digital count of inventory.

Also, is there a buy one get one free option we can use?
