However, the larger issue is that these transaction details probably will not help in your dispute with PayPal, as we can only track how many times the buyer Attempts to start a download. It is not technically possible to prove that any download Attempts resulted in a completed download, or that a completed download resulted in a valid, undamaged file, or that the file was what the buyer expected to receive for their purchase. There's also the possibility that the "buyer" used a stolen/hacked PayPal account without the legitimate account holder's knowledge or permission. I'm trying to print info on a customer that purchased back in November. They have disputed a charge. I need to print out the info from their purchase showing their name, email address, IP address as well as their 2 attempted downloads.

However I can't seem to do this. The transaction info is in a .csv/excel type format and I have to scroll all the way over to the right just to see all of the info, making it difficult to print the page or get all of the info on one page for review.

There should be a way to click on that "customer purchase" info and see everything for that purchase on one page so that it can be printed out, including download attempts, date of purchase, ip address, payment amount, transaction ids, etc.

If I want to provide the customer's credit card company with purchase info, the 2 attempted downloads part will not be associated with their name because I have to scroll over.

Hope I'm making myself clear.

There should definitely be a way to click on the transaction and view it all on a single page.

[[P.S. What's infinitely weird about it all is that you can click on the transaction I.D. but it only brings you to a page with "Thank You For Your Purchase", etc... which is info that the customer receives. That is totally useless to me. ]]]]>
