What are small-business suggestions for an authorize.net gateway / merchant account? I've looked through all the resellers on the authorize.net website but for one starting out (like me) I would like to minimize monthly/annual/setup fees as the expense of perhaps higher transaction fees.

payQuake Lite seems like the best so far with 3.49% and 40c discount fee. But do I read it right that if a guest has a Visa/MC rewards card (most of them are these days) it would be an additional 1.99% surcharge or 5.48% for the fee?

Paypal Pro seems like a better solution, although it still has the pesky "pay by paypal" button in the View Cart.]]>
