Buyers are not getting a download link in the E-mail

For each product, we'll only send an e-mail automatically to the buyer if you have "Download", "Package files from other products", "Stored Codes", "Generated Codes" or "Redirection" enabled in the product configuration. If you have the "Package files.." option checked, then ensure that at least one of the packaged product has the "Download" option enabled.

If still the buyer is not getting an E-mail at all, please ensure that have not checked the  "template e-mail" option without actually entering any template, in your Product Configuration.

If the buyer is getting an e-mail but does not include the download link, that means that you are using the template e-mail without a proper template variable to include the download link. You can either disable the template e-mail option to simply configure a template with correct template variables corresponding to information you want to include in the e-mail.
