What to do if a merchant did not deliver what they promised?
If it's a digital item, it could be that your payment is yet pending. However, if your payment is complete or in any case if the merchant has not addressed your concerns in a reasonable amount of time, you can contact the payment processor you used to make the payment and initiate a dispute.
