Why are some of my Google Checkout orders archived automatically
and some are not? Orders containing just digital products are marked as
"shipped" and "archived" as there is nothing
you need to do there. Orders which have tangible item are
not marked as shipped or archived as you will need to ship
them yourself and mark them as shipped in your Google Checkout
account.
Why has my order not been processed? Why is my payment
status "reviewing" in my Google Checkout account? If Google suspects something fishy in a transaction, the
order is stuck in "reviewing" status. As soon as
it comes out of it, E-junkie will charge and process the order.
When is my order charged? As soon as the order is placed, Google lets us know if the
order can be charged and we send the "charge order"
instruction to Google right away.
Do you support Google Checkout sandbox? No, we do not support sandbox accounts for any payment provider
for security reasons.
