How can I change my E-junkie Subscription plan level or payment method?

If you want to change your Subscription plan level but keep sending payment from the same PayPal account:

1. Log into your E-junkie Seller Admin;
2. Click on Start/Update Paid Subscription;
3. Find a new plan level that will meet your needs (see pricing to review plans in advance);
4. Click the Subscribe button next to that plan;
5. This will take you to log into your PayPal account;
6. Choose to Upgrade your existing Subscription (do NOT start a new one!);
7. Your new account limits will take effect immediately, although payment for the higher amount will not be made until your next regular payment date.

If you want to change which PayPal account is sending E-junkie your Subscription payments:

1. Log into your E-junkie Seller Admin;
2. Click on Cancel Subscription (don't worry, your account will remain active through the end of your currently-paid monthly term);
3. This will take you to log into your PayPal account;
4. Approve canceling the recurring subscription payments there;
5. Log out of that PayPal account;
6. Go back into your E-junkie Seller Admin;
7. Click on Start/Update Paid Subscription;
8. Find a new plan level that will meet your needs (see pricing to review plans in advance);
9. Click the Subscribe button next to that plan;
10. This will take you to log into the PayPal account you will use to send us all future Subscription payments;
11. Choose an ongoing funding source for your regular monthly payments;
12. Your first payment will not be made until your next regular payment date;
13. If you chose a different Subscription plan level, the new limits will take effect immediately.
