Can E-junkie request buyer VAT numbers and validate those?

Currently E-junkie has no way to request a VAT number from buyers nor any way to validate VAT registrations, so you can only choose to charge standard VAT rates for all EU customers or none. If you wish, you may choose to simply refund any VAT charged to eligible customers after having obtained their VAT number and validated their registration manually.
