Google has unveiled the first addition of over ten thousand documents to its Google Print service. The searchable version of this new release can be viewed for free at http://print.google.com, a major portion of the content consists of American literature and historical documents dating from the 19th century. Most of these copyright -void/free content has been sourced from the New York Public Library and libraries of Michigan University, Stanford University, Harvard University and Oxford University.
When a users searches for text on Google
Print homepage, Google will find and show the book whose content contains
a match for the search terms. Clicking on the book title will reveal the page
on which the search term is found and along with other information about the
book there will be "Buy this Book" link to online bookstores. This
should prove to be a boon for online book sellers.
