An email supposed to have originated in Romania try's to get users to download fake security updates for PayPal service. Once a user downloads and executes these fake updates, the program proceeds to change settings (DNS settings) on the computer so that the user is redirected to a fake site every time he logs on to PayPal or eBay. The fake site then prompts the user to enter personal and financial information. Scary thing about this scam is, that user will still see www.paypal.com or www.ebay.com is the browser's location bar.
