Here's how to put E-junkie and PayPal to work for your business
- Log into your E-junkie account
- In Seller Admin > Edit Profile, please enter your PayPal email where you want to accept payments from your buyers. Press SUBMIT to save changes.
- Go to Seller Admin > Add Product to add your product specs in E-junkie, and then copy the button code we provide to paste into your website.
Do I need to make any changes in my PayPal account?
E-junkie works fine with the standard settings you have in your PayPal account.
If you have previously changed any Website Payment Preferences in your PayPal account, please make sure that the following settings in your PayPal account > Profile > Website Payment Preferences are restored to their default values as follows:
- Auto return: Off
- Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: Off
- PayPal Account Optional: On
NOTE: If you do have "Auto return" set to "On", then set "Payment Data Transfer" to "On" as well.
Your PayPal account should be set to accept all payments automatically. If your PayPal account requires manual approval of payments, when you manually approve a payment you should see the option to accept all payments automatically.
If you have custom shipping settings in your PayPal account but want to use E-junkie Cart Shipping calculation instead, then at the bottom of your PayPal shipping profile, make sure you have checkmarked this box: Click here to allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled).
