Adding a customer survey question to your PayPal checkouts (e.g. "How did you hear about us?")

A setting in your PayPal account (if you have a business account) allows you to add a customer survey question to your PayPal checkouts.
- Log into your PayPal account;
- Go to Profile > My Selling Tools > Custom Payment Pages;
- Click on the Options tab;
- Checkmark Add a customer service survey;
- Enter the question you want to ask and the answers that buyers can choose;
- Click the Save button.
