How to remove cross-promotion links from your thank-you pages
- Log into your Seller Admin;
- Then go to View/Edit/Delete Products;
- Select a product that is cross-promoting other products and click Edit;
- Click Next until you reach the final screen of settings with the list to Promote Your Other Products;
- Click one of the cross-promotional items once, so it's the only one selected;
- Then hold your Ctrl key (PC) or Command key (Mac) and click the highlighted item again to deselect it;
- This should leave no items in the list selected for cross-promotion;
- Finally, click the Submit button to save your changes;
- Repeat the steps above for any other products with cross-promotions you wish to remove.
