This message appears when a buyer attempts to order an item with
Inventory Control enabled which has zero stock available. To fix this, go to
Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the affected product and click
Edit, and then:
- If you are not using Inventory Control to have E-junkie track units in stock and prevent overselling this product, just UNcheck the box for Inventory Control, then click Next until you can click Submit to save changes;
- If you are using Inventory Control for this product and just want to replenish the stock available online, leave the box for Inventory Control checked, and click Next until you reach a screen with the setting Limit product sales to -- enter a quantity of units available in stock there, then click Next again until you can click Submit to save changes.
