If you already have an active subscription with E-junkie, E-junkie will not let you create another subscription for the same account. However, if you subscribed and due to a delay on PayPal's end, we are not immediately notified of your subscription and meanwhile you subscribe again, you will end up creating two subscriptions.
In this case, you should go E-junkie Seller Admin > View Summary and note down your current Subscription ID. Then, go to your PayPal account and search for subscriptions. You can then cancel the subscription to E-junkie other than the one for which you have the Subscription ID.
Please contact us with your canceled Subscription ID and E-junkie Login E-mail, and we'll refund your duplicate payment(s).
