If you are using E-junkie
Buy Now buttons (rather than our standard
Cart buttons) to sell products which are have the Shipping/Buyer's Address setting enabled, those may engage the shipping calculation settings in your PayPal account profile. You can either switch to using E-junkie Cart buttons to sell your product(s), or disable Shipping/Buyer's Address in the product's settings, or enable the option in your PayPal account's shipping calculation settings to
