Buyer is getting a "download link expired" error
That's because the download link is expired. Buyers sometime
download the file without realizing it or sometime save it
in a folder and can't locate. You can confirm the number of
downloads and the time of download from Admin > View Transaction
Logs.
You can reactivate a download link from Admin > Reactivate
download link.

My eBay orders are not being processed
Almost everytime, this issue is mismatch between item
title you have entered in your eBay listing and product name
you have in E-junkie admin. Now, sometimes you can not "see"
the difference as mostly it's because you have put double
spaces between few words or space at the end in your eBay
listing. To avoid this issue, make sure you copy the title
from E-junkie admin and paste it in your E-junkie listing.
If that's not it, confirm the following:
- Currency of the product in E-junkie admin is the same
as the currency of the product in E-junkie listing.
- PayPal email where you are accepting payments for your
eBay listing is same as the PayPal email you have entered
in E-junkie admin > Profile.
- IPN settings you did are in the PayPal account linked
with the PayPal email you entered in E-junkie admin >
Profile.

"Thank you" email is not being sent to the buyer
For an item which has generated codes, stored codes, download
or redirection checked, this will only happen if you have
enabled "templated email" option in your product
configuration but did not enter an e-mail message.
For an item which has none of above checked, make sure you
enter an e-mail message.
If all those settings look right, and you can send yourself
a free email from Admin > Send Free email, then your buyer
should check their bulk mail folder as sometimes overzealous
SPAM filters can block automated emails.

| |
|
 |
"Thank you" email does not contain a download
link
Make sure the "download" or "redirection"
checkbox is checked. If you have enabled "templated email"
option in your product configuration then ensure that you
have used the [%download_link%] template variable there.

"Thank you" email is being sent to
me!
It's being sent to buyer as well. You are only receiving a copy
as you have enabled the "receive a copy" option in
the product configuration. |

My discount code is not working
If it's an item discount code, make sure it exits by going
to Admin > Edit product and checking that item.
If it's a cart discount code, check it's validity (date) and
usage count limit in Admin > Cart discounts.

Shipping is being added for digital items for PayPal sales
That sounds like you have shipping settings configured
in your PayPal account. For E-junkie to override those, make
sure the checkbox ["Click here to allow transaction-based
shipping values to override the profile shipping settings
listed above (if profile settings are enabled)."] at
the bottom of your PayPal shipping profile is checked.

My orders are not being charged tax.
Make sure you have "tax" checked in product
configuration and have done tax settings in Admin > Cart
settings.
Tax and Shipping are only calculated if you are using E-junkie
CART buttons.

 |
My orders are not being charged
shipping.
Make sure you have "shipping" checked in
product configuration and have entered product weight and selected
a packaging type (these options will be displayed once you press
next/submit after you have checked "shipping").
Also, make sure that you have done shipping settings in Admin
> Cart settings.
Tax and Shipping are only calculated if you are using E-junkie
CART buttons. |

I am not getting the buyer address
for my orders
Make sure you have enabled shipping in your product configuration.
If you just need the address and don't want to charge shipping,
set the product weight to 0.
Also, you need to use E-junkie cart buttons. |
