This recording of a swiftly moving stream has some interesting sonic layering. The sound of a nearby cascade is superimposed on top of the white noise-like sound of a riffle. The sound of flowing water is a more interesting alternative to white noise for blocking out distracting household sounds. Use this recording for sleep, relaxation, or meditation.
