A complete 16-week training program to help the runner complete a full marathon. This program (LEVEL 2) is perfect for the athlete who has some experience in running races before and would like to make improvements in pace. The runner will download a detailed PDF training calendar with a helpful description of each scientifically designed workout. This particiular program assumes that the target race day is a Sunday, but gives the runner all Sundays "off", with long runs being completed on Saturdays.
