My Lamb Louie is a children's book based on a true story and uses real photographs to follow the adventures of Louie a Merino lamb whose mother abandoned her shortly after birth. Louie was rescued by a tourist and hand-reared by Dyranda a B & B owner and former city dweller who, along with her husband, made a sea change from the madness of city life to a clean, pure, quiet and very small seaside community on the east coast of Tasmania, Australia.
