The purpose is to introduce yourself as well as what a virtual assistant is – there are still so many business owners who have never heard of a VA! This letter has been effective for me in two specific scenarios. I have sent it to attendees at a networking event that you I did not have the opportunity to speak with. I have also sent this letter to members of a networking group you I frequent and let me tell you, it was a great conversation starter when I attended an event and ran into someone who had received my letter!

SAMPLE FOLLOW UP MARKETING LETTER – This follow up letter has similarities to the initial letter, but the focus is more about you and the benefit of your services.

NETWORKING EVENT FOLLOW UP TEXT – Broken into categories, these are quick and simple examples you can use on a handwritten notecard, an email or with your online greeting card tool (enabling you to create it once, but send it personalized to each recipient.
