A complete 16-week training program to help the runner complete a full marathon. This program (LEVEL 1) is perfect for the athlete who is either new to marathons or is used to a relatively low-mileage week. The runner will download a detailed PDF training calendar with a helpful description of each scientifically designed workout. This particiular program assumes that the target race day is a Sunday, but gives the runner all Sundays "off", with long runs being completed on Saturdays.
