"Coupon already redeemed" message
For coupons with the same first 5 digits, Staples limits each customer's account to redeem only ONE (1). For example, if you have redeemed one coupon starting with '12345', you can no longer redeem another coupon starting with '12345' in the same account. You will get errors like 'coupon already redeemed' when you add the coupon to your order.
To bypass this limit, either purchase a new coupon with different first 5 digits from our listings or place the order using the guest checkout (checkout without login). Please also clear your browser's cache and cookie each time before you use guest checkout. If you still get the same error, contact us immediately.
